1. How does your service work?
Home and business owners looking for contractors find us by searching the internet. Interested home and business owners then fill out our simple online form detailing your budget, project description and contact information. One of our representatives then calls you within 24 hours to verify your contact information and to quickly review your request to make sure we get all the details we need to find the right contractor for you. Using our proprietary matching system, we then search our network for the right contractors in your area that specialize in what you want to have done. We then pass your information to our contractors who will call you within a few hours from the time we forward your information.
2. What areas do you service?
We currently service the entire State of Illinois.
3. How do you find and pre-screen contractors?
We actively seek local, reputable and qualified contractors. We find contractors through the state license board, Internet, contractor associations and through referrals. When a contractor submits their information we check their license with their state license boards and credentials, if applicable.
4. How do contractors join your network?
Contractors can join our network by filliing out our online application. We then review all the information they submit, review their credentials, qualifications and capabilities, where applicable, and make sure they are a quality contractor with outstanding credentials.
5. How many contractors will contact me?
Normally, we refer your information to no more than 2-3 contractors. For larger projects like additions, kitchen remodeling and basements, we refer your information to a maximum of 4 contractors.
6. How much does this service cost?
The cost is absolutely FREE to Home and Business Owners. Because contractors are competing for the bid, our price is normally looked as an advertising expense and not built into the price of your project.
7. How do you match contractors to my project?
Using our proprietary matching system we match contractors based on your project needs. When a contractor joins our network, they submit a list of specialties that we use to match them to you. We also map their position with yours to make sure you are matched with contractors within a reasonable from you.
8. How can I guarantee that the contractors you refer do good work?
We cannot guarantee the quality of the work the contractors do. We also do not take any liability in the referrals we provide and are not liable for any work performed at your home or business.
